How do I delete my account?
Go to the Profile tab → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset code to set a new password.
Why is the app not loading my data?
FitTrack works offline and syncs when you reconnect. If data isn't loading, check your internet connection and try pulling down to refresh. If the issue persists, log out and back in.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email us at erueram423@gmail.com with the subject "Data Request" and we'll provide an export of your personal data.
The app is crashing — what should I do?
Try force-closing and reopening the app. If it continues, uninstall and reinstall. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
